Ritual sound design for creative flow
Whorl of Sound by Kate Lewis offers sound baths and training for artists and creatives who wish to explore sound as a process to stimulate creativity and reawaken the imagination.
Through immersive experiences with gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums and voice, I work with sound as a creative catalyst - helping artists and creatives dissolve blocks, reconnect with their inner muse and rediscover the pleasure of making. This is sound, not as performance, but as a process: a way back into creative flow.
In this work we honour the mystical body as a living source of inspiration. Through vibration, rhythm and deep listening, sound becomes a medium for clarity, confidence and creative renewal - gently shifting stagnant energy and awakening the artist within.
Whether experienced through live sound baths, one to one sessions or digital soundscapes, Whorl of Sound weaves meditation, ritual and play into a sustainable creative practice to support imagination - not just in moments of inspiration but in the rhythm of everyday life.

The crystal bowls you hear in my sound baths are Crystal Tones® Alchemy™ Crystal Singing Bowls. In 2024 I co-founded Crystal Sound Sanctum with Casey Downie-Campbell to bring them to the UK. We are the official UK partner and Crystal Tones® Temple for West of England & Wales, curating harmonised sets and individual bowls from our crystal sound cabin in Stroud.
